8. A financial planner who is suspended or has been struck off the roll or whose certificate has been cancelled or revoked pursuant to a decision of the discipline committee of the Chambre de la sécurité financière or an organization referred to in section 59 of the Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services (chapter D-9.2), or whose certificate has been revoked, suspended, not renewed or includes conditions or restrictions imposed by the Authority may not provide professional development activities and earn PDUs as an activity trainer, instructor or facilitator.
